8.3. Suica / Pasmo 是甚麼 ?
Suica [中] 是JR 東日本的"八達通"咭, 使用方式就如香港一樣, 不過可以坐車的範圍限於東京, 仙台, 近畿 (即大阪附近) 及新潟一帶地方的鐵路. 在東京, 所有都內鐵路及巴士都可使用 Suica, 而 Suica 咭亦可在不少店舖購物, 滲透度亦逐步提高.
如香港一樣, 購買 Suica 是需要付500 円的按金, 因此 2000 円的 Suica 咭只可有 1500 円的票值. 由於 Suica 限期為十年, 因此如果你預計十年內都會去日本的話, 不妨在車站購買一張, 免卻在售票機前呆看目的地價錢或找換零錢的麻煩. 不過要留意, 跟香港不同, Suica 是沒有價格優惠的, 所以不會節省金錢, 只可幫你節省不少時間. 如果確要退回咭的話, 可以將咭帶去 Suica 可用範圍的 JR 站綠色窗口辦理, 並會在按金扣除 210円手續費.
購買方法非常簡單, 在 JR 站內的售票機都會有一部是 Suica 售賣/增值專機. 要購買新咭的話就在畫面按下要購買的票值, 再入錢就可以. 要增值的話, 只要將咭放在適當的插位內 (不同鐵路有不同的插位), 按下票值, 再入錢就可以.
Pasmo [中]其實與 Suica 一樣的是非接觸式車票, 不過發行機構是東京都內非 JR 的鐵路連盟 (即是 Passnet 一樣) , 因此只可在東京都及附近地域使用. 因為 Suica 及 Pasmo 在東京都內已經互通, 因此其實除定額月票外, 對我們旅客方便不及 Suica.
此外, 留意 JR 推出了 Suica & NEX 優惠, 國外遊客可以 3500円的價錢乘坐 Narita Express 及取得一張 2000円的 Suica 咭 (含 500円按金). 不過此優惠只限由成田機場往東京的乘客, 回程是沒有的.

1. 好少會滿座的，不過應該好多人買飛，機場的JR票務處可能要排隊。
2. 可以購買兒童票，成人料金的半價。(網上看到的，我不知道實際可不可以）

譚生, 我想請問, 如果我想保留張SUICA下之再用,咁我可不可以係離開日本前只退回咭內既餘額呢?宜除咗東京, 北海道有無呢類既咭呢?有無東京同北海道都用得既八達通呢?

Thank you for your quick response. I think I will consider buying a SUICA to save time queuing up for tickets :p You say that I can also use the card like HK's "Octopus" card on the buses and in some shops with the SUICA sign, how about on the metro and subway lines?

If the places you are planning to go are just areas within Tokyo, you don't need to buy any passes unless you think you will have to take at least 3-4 trips of JR or subway in one day, then you need a one day pass. SUICA is good enough to free you from buying tickets.

Sorry I can't type Chinese (I can read), I hope you can read English.
I will be going to Tokyo in 2 weeks time, for 6 nights, we plan to stay around Tokyo area and go one day return trip to Mount Fuji, do you know if they do a 5days pass just for Tokyo area only, or do you think I should buy a SUICA, or just buy as I go along from one place to another, what is better?

只有去程優惠, 回程是沒有的.
退回 SUICA 就是餘額+按金-210円手續費.

請問如果我想往返成回機場也坐 Narita Express, 那是否買兩套 "Suica & NEX"? 而離開日本前才將 suica 做退款手續, 取回共1000円按金, 如 Suica 有餘款也可以一起退嗎?
