11.2. 我可否在日本使用香港買的對講機?

在日本使用香港的對講機是犯法的, 掉轉亦然, 請勿以身試法.

網友 Mikekwok 曾查詢日本總務省, 以下是回覆 (小譚作小量排版上修改):

I would like you to reply your question as follows.

1.

  1. Any person who wishes to establish a radio station shall obtain a license from the Minister for Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications.(article 4 of Radio Law)
  2. Any person who establishes or operates a radio station without the license shall be guilty of an offense and liable to penal servitude for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding one million yen. (article 110 of Radio Law)

2. Radio stations that do not require a license are as follows.

  • Extreme low power radio station (paragraph 2 , article 4 of Radio Law)
  • Low-power radio station for specified uses (paragraph 3, article 4 of Radio Law)

For radio stations other than the above two, a license must be required (as follow article 4 of Radio Law)

3. For reference, Please note the following details. Low-power radio station for specified uses is specified in paragraph 3, article 4 of Radio Law >item 2 paragraph 4 article 6 > notice (notice 42 of MPT ,1988 ). Further, in this notice the use, frequency and antenna power are specified.

The frequency that you wrote (409.7500-409.9875 MHz) is not specified.

  1. 業餘無線電的 walkie <--- 要考牌先可持有/使用, 否則犯法
  2. FRS walkie <--- 係免牌, 但HK只限使用 409MHz, 你可以o係 HK 買到日本頻率的機種, 但都算係犯左法...

其實 FRS 呢類免牌對講機, 功率細可能係商場, 一個樓上, 一個樓下, 已經 contact 唔到了, 不要期望太高而倚賴了它.
